Hello! I’ve canceled the subscription and don’t plan to use Elements this month. Is it possible to get money back for March?

Hi @karpitsky,

As you know elements subscription auto renew after each subscription plan expired. So, you have to cancel the subscription before your subscription period end.

You are always open to cancel your subscription at any time: Cancelling Your Subscription – Envato Elements Help Center

If you didn’t download anything from elements in this current month plan then you can follow the help link provided by @MrsEnabled
