I agree - both are good and costly tools. If it is a smaller organization, I would definitely suggest the one we use at work, Pipeline CRM (since it was designed for smaller teams). It covers our lead management, includes sales and marketing automation, and I find it affordable. Several of our clients* use it too; we actually got a recommendation from one of them (*construction companies, property developers, and a couple of financial planning services). My point is - you have custom CRMs to choose from, since I don’t know which industry we’re talking about here.
