I'd like to remove the opt-in from my homepage on my Tribe Theme

Hi,

I’m sure the answer to this is really obvious, but I’m trying to remove the Opt-in box from my Tribe theme (ThemeForest). I can amend it via Theme > Customize It > Opt-In Options, but there doesn’t seem to be an option to remove it?

Alternatively (in case I cannot remove it) is there a chance to add a hyperlink within the Opt-in subtitle? I want to add a link to my privacy policy within the opt-in form to be GDPR compliant.
