I want to make 2 hours video of a 10 sec footage (loop), can i use a Regular Licence?
I use it more as one time… but it is 1 end product right??

Yes. You can use one regular license.

Is your video going to be just the footage from Videohive looping for two hours? or are there going to be other elements in the video?
If it’s the last one, then you’re OK with a Regular License, but if it’s the other one, then I’m in doubt if the license covers that usage of footages.
