I need to help. I have a landing page named Toyota Prius 2011 for sale (https://carfromjapan.com/cheap-used-toyota-prius-for-sale-year2011) I want to add some sale banners at the bottom of the page. How should I add and should I add square banners or rectangle banners?

Depends on the way your page is setup, does your theme come with an option to add banner? if not try using some plugin which can add banners for you. If you need more help, you can message me here, I will be able to add them for you.
There is a bunch of free and paid plugins that can help you create such banners.
