I got a Hard reject on my Figma new template

I’m new at Themeforest marketplace. I uploaded a Figma template a few days ago.
Unfortunately, I was hard rejected. I can’t understand the reason for this rejection.

submit again with the following template requirements but not approve it’s again hard to reject.
