I don’t understand the licence terms

‘You may charge your client for your services to create an end product, even under the Regular License. But you can’t use one of our Standard Licenses on multiple clients or jobs.’

What does this mean?

Can I buy a theme, then use it on multiple sites for clients? For example , the cost of the theme is $59, I build 10 sites for clients, so my cost is $5.90 a site.

Or do I need the $2600 licence for this? I build 10 sites for clients, and my cost is $260 per site?

This question relates to this product:

I’ve read the licence terms, but the lingo is not clear to me!

No to both questions.

Both of the licenses ($59 and $2600) can only be used for a single website. If you want to use the Conebrick theme for five clients, you need to buy five separate licenses ($59 per website). If one of those five clients later asks you to build him another website, you need to buy another license.

If your client’s website will be locked behind a paywall (i.e. visitors cannot see the website/theme until they pay for a service), then you will need the extended license ($2600). Since almost all websites are public, you rarely need this license.
