I can't seem to change title area on course page and our-team section?

I cannot change the bacgournd (grey area) or remove the title and breadcrumb or add a background image.
I also want to get rid of the title and breadcrumb for this page

I have tried various methods that work elsewhere but do not work on the courses page and I don’t know where to edit for the our-team"part.

Please help. I am a beginner and do not know css or php or how templates hang together.
