Hello, I cannot purchase software from Turkey. Turkey is not available as an option in PayPal and Skrill. How can I make a purchase?

Use your credit card to purchase the item via PayPal without log-in/register
But most likely your purchase could be canceled and your account may blocked after as a results of too many charge-back issues from Turkiye. ( not Turkey 
)
