I bought a template and AfterEffects stops running :(

Hello Guys,

I bought a template. There is no Plugin required.
When I start it, it tells me to convert it to Win10 64, Nothing will happen to the file.

AE tells the truth and I can watch the whole timeline.

But when I try to do the necessary changes, it stops to work and shuts down.

I am confused. What to do?
