HTML Site-Template got hard-rejected - why?

I recently uploaded our first HTML site template. After about 8 days it got hard rejected.
Sadly we don’t really know why - I would appreciate any tips what we could do better for these kind of templates in the future to avoid a hard reject or any possible cause for the rejection.

Hi, Outdated design. There is no premium quality.

As @SPRUKO said - there’s nothing that could not be found for free online here and it breaks numerous basic design rules esp. with spacing, typography, hierarchy etc.
