How to use a credit while paying with CD and not Skrill or Paypall

Hello

Please, note that I received a credit into my Evanto account, however, I am unable to use the credit by trying to buy the WordPress theme.

Apparently I can only use the credit if I pay using the skrill system. I can only pay via credit card.

Kindly see the screenshot below with the error I am finding.
