The video I’m posting is not a simple video. It’s a 360 video. I shoot it with an Insta 360 ONE RS 1inch camera. And its original resolution is 6144x3072. Your service (VideoHive) thinks it is not correct and gives errors when uploading. I have tried both ProRes and H.264. Nothing helps. Only reducing the video resolution. The system accepts video only if you reduce the resolution to 4096x2048. But for 360 video, 4K resolution is very low. It just won’t be bought because it’s low quality at that resolution. How to post the video in its original 6K resolution?

And all of them are in 4096x2048 resolution. But my camera shoots in a better resolution. How do I post it?
It would be nice if you could add the 360 format to the filter. See on the screenshot. Thanks.
