How to ask customers to review my product?

Hello all,

We published our first item few months ago, and made few sales. As there’s no way to directly contact customers, how we can ask them to review our product in CodeCanyon? Or we should wait for customers to leave reviews themselves?

until your customer will not contact you you will not be to request them.

First make sure your customers are connecting with you and once they do
Ask them nicely if they like your product to give you a good feedback / review
