I own three valve amps, but lately I’ve mostly been using sims because we have a 3 month and a 2 year old kid in the house and its less disturbing to the household that way:) Also, I still don’t know how to capture a good guitar tone using real amps.

I understand you, i could even tell you, i got some bass libraries, i use them when i only need some long notes, nothing special, just because… hey! take out the bass, are the strings ok? not too much old… take the amp, connect it, cable here, cable there… When i only need two or three notes… Too much work just for that.
But, when i do it, when i got time, that sound is different, that sound, when you turn on the valve amp, that hiss going up… 
PS; And i am talking right now only about bass, the guitar is other stuff…

Nice track… I use electric sunburst and guitars from Omnisphere… I have to explore more guitar sounds… but this is really cool clean!
