How do I use Envato Elements templates in Premiere Pro?

Once I download an Envato Elements template, how can I use it in Premiere Pro? I want to replace some of the video and text in the template with my own video and text. Thanks,

It will depend on the item - if it is a Premiere file https://elements.envato.com/video-templates/compatible-with-premiere-pro then you just open it like any other Premiere file and modify the elements you want to change

As long as you make sure you are downloading items from the right individual categories / in the right format, then it will work with the standard programs
