How do I change the items in the Elementor Services widget?

Hi there,
I’ve searched the web and can’t find the answer so I thought I’d ask here.
I’m new to Elementor and am working on customising the Parezy theme but can’t work out how to change the items in the Elementor Services widget.

As you can see in the attached image, the style is set to “Style 3” but I don’t know how to actually edit the items (ie “First Steps Therapy”).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
