because i didn’t found any thing when i updated my item

You can do it by adding code in your item description. Code will be like this:

	<h3 id="item-description__changelog">CHANGELOG</h3>
	<pre>
	-- V 2.2 Released: 	13 March 2024 --
	- Updated: Documentation has updated
	</pre>
