How can I remove the demo import?

I downloaded the demo import and I want to remove it. How can I do this or do I have to do a complete WP Reset? :open_mouth:

you can do it in 2 ways:

  1. remove all import posts/pages/media/… manually
  2. reset the full wordpress installation

Note: before doing any update best practice is create a full backup first
