FYI I am 95% sure they have hit a capacity for developer providers on envato studio and are not considering anyone new at the moment.
There are several big authors who have not yet been added so it’s unlikely that they would consider anyone without a proven envato portfolio.
Right now they are not approving any new author. Still, you can send them an email or fill their contact form.
