How can I get my money back when theme is not uploading on my WP website?

I bought a theme That is not uploading on my website. Something about style.css. I have unzip the file but I still can’t get it to upload. If I can’t get help from you guys, please refund me back my money. I honestly don’t have time to be chasing you guys. I have sent you guys couple messages already and I am not getting any help.
