How can I close my account on Envato?

Hi everyone,
How can I close my account on Envato? Actually, I subscribed for a 1-month premium through placeit.net. But unfortunately, the second-month subscription was also made automatically which was not required for me.

So, I have closed my account on placeit.net. Since placeit.net is linked with envato.com, I would like to close my account here as well to avoid any automatic subscription for the third-month. I don’t need it anymore now. Today is the last day of my subscription. Kindly support me to close the account here, please.
