Help - License wont apply (multiple accounts)

I have purchased 2 licenses of the Avada theme. One for each of my websites. However, only one registers. The other states it is for another website.
Can anyone contact me on this? There does not appear to be any way to contact anyone other then the user forum. Can’t even find a email address.
If a moderator for the theme could contact me to resolve or issue a credit please.

It’s for the notification - when they logged-in, they will be notified.
