having difficulty purchasing the Insignia theme

I have tried numerous times since yesterday to buy the Insignia theme. The first time I tried, it was as a guest and it appeared that the transaction went through, but I received an error message, “oops it appears something went wrong,” or something like that. I cleared my cache yesterday, but every time I enter my email I receive a message “please use a valid email.” Can someone help? Thanks!
