Getting issue on licensee key

Hi, everyone. I purchased a theme and installed it on my domain using license key and due to some reason I have to reset the website. I rest the website and now again I want to install the theme on the same site. But I am getting issue that
" Please keep in mind, you can activate one license in one domain, if you face any problem in activation, please contact our Support Center"
What’s the solution?
