fully subscribed yet still have to pay for items?

I am fully subscribed to envato and logged in, only all items still have a price next to them. And when I am logged out, there are far more items available than when I’m logged in. Such as this item, when I’m logged out I can see it for $20, yet I log in and I can’t find it anywhere
