Files nominated in these threads may be used in promotions like Free File of the Month, our new Free WordPress Themes landing page (link), and the Freebie Friday campaigns run by our email team. There have been some great items nominated so far, but we’re always looking for more!
Free File promotions play an important role in attracting and retaining new customers. For many people, these items will be their first experience of the type of quality they can purchase from our marketplaces - so we’re keen to show off some of the best that we have!
We use many different tactics to direct new or prospective customers towards these items, so any free files (and the accompanying Author profile and portfolio) will receive a significant boost in exposure during a Free File promotion. I recommend taking full advantage of that to introduce yourself to potential new buyers, and show off your item portfolio
