There’re too many similar items already approved in the marketplace as you’re not offering anything new, you won’t be able to get approval with this kind of design approach.

That’s mean my template doesn’t have any problem! so I can sell it ?

The problem is with your template is too similar those ones who’s on sale.
You won’t be able to get approval unless it has unique design or features. I can browse the current templates and I can find at least 5-10 similar one as your template.

Find a better/unique or design.
