Envato Template Kit upload error: Could not create directory

Hello!

I have a fresh Wordpress blog installed with Elementor Pro and the Envato Template Kit. However, if I try to upload any Template Kit, I receive the following message.

Error:

"There was an issue installing this template kit. Please try again.

Could not create directory."

Could you let me know to which directory the rights are missing? In other words, where does the system want to upload and extract the kit?

Hello!

This error typically indicates the item you are trying to install is not an Elementor Template Kit.

Make sure your item was downloaded from the WordPress > Template Kits category and has Elementor Template Kit in the title. Do not unzip the file downloaded.
