Hello, looking for some insight. A theme developer is requesting my admin access info (to a site I’m developing) because when I attempt to upload ‘Envato Market WordPress Plugin’ I’m getting a ‘Incompatible Archive’ response. I’m using Wordpress version 6.4.3. What could be the issue? And is it safe to share my admin info with a theme developer?
In most cases, it’s okay. If you don’t want to share the login details, use FTP to upload the plugin manually.
