In the past 24 hours, Envato has issues two refunds without notifying us or getting our approval. These instances are NOT sale reversals but are clearly marked as refunds. However, we never received notifications for these refunds (as we did for others).
Has anybody else had this same issue? If so, was this clarified by Envato?
I thought that with this new system, authors would be in full control of dealing with refunds. To just see Envato deciding to take money out of my account to issue refunds, without any notification or approval kinda pisses me off…
