Hello is there any email template builder/editor in her as i can use rss or json feeds blocks?

let say i have a rss feed block with 3 item (img, title, text, link, price etc.) when I drag and drop it in my email template it will ask me the rss link and the 3 items id as want to use from that link.

I want to buy it is some one has or can do it i will use it with a php script on my site.

asking for rss feed link is not necs. i can create blocks with different feed links but i want to possib. to self choose which items will uses in block

As far as I know, it doesn’t exist either at CC or TF
