Where can I find the purchase code for an Item I downloaded from Envato Elements. I need to for a support ticket, but can’t find it anywhere. Any help much appreciated
Downloads from Elements do not include support or updates and so do not have p/codes
The support I was going for was just a forum, so I can’t get help from the forums in that case?
Unfortuantely, Elements items do not come with the necessary codes to access any of the extended functionality with items - this would require purchasing the full copy from the main marketplaces
