To all Drupal theme authors on TF, please be sure to use the proper (Drupal best practice) structure for where to place modules, when creating your Drupal theme/distro.
The proper structure is as follows:
Contributed modules = '/sites/all/modules/contrib/'
Custom modules = ‘/sites/all/modules/custom/’
