If i use flaticon, do i need to include all icons into a main zip folder and list all their names in PSD template documentation?

Depending on each icon’s license. Most of icons from flaticons requires attribution in order to be used on commercial projects.
You need tk add attribution to all icons used in your project. You can do this by adding links to each icon /icon set on your item’s description.

Flaticons can be used only for demo, is not allowed to use them in download package. They are useless for envato projects
