Actually this money in pre-authorization does not effect on your balance at all. Your balance stay the same as before. Only when the transaction is fully complete the balance change. (if I remember this process correctly)

But I may be wrong I never give too much attention to it.

So some updates.

Yes the money came back and now it’s close to what was in the fees list. So I am kind of satisfied. This thread should be removed BUT there should be some information about that “pre-authorization temporary fee of 20% above the actual billing amount until the transaction is complete”.

There will be more similar angry and uninformed people who will open such threads.
