I just withdrew my balance for the month of October, and dashboard is showing 1 sale today (Nov) but my balance is still $0.00. No increase in sales count as well. Has anyone else run into this problem?

There was total 3 sale as of Dec 21, 2022. But today its showing only two sales. and amount also showing for two sales. 1 sale vanished automatically. It was showing till yesterday.
I don’t see your portfolio in your account.
Check your statement page, that’ll show any deductions… usually a reversal or a refund if there has been one.
