Course lessons not showing up.

Hi, I have just purchased Eduma and my some of the lessons stopped showing. It shows only the lessons from the first topic + when i click finish lesson it doesn’t seem to count the finished lessons. It all worked before the installation of Eduma theme.

Can someone point me in the right direction please?
