CheerUp Theme Menu Open in New Window

Hello,

I have the CheerUp Theme and I am trying to have one of my main menu items open in a new window. I don’t see this option in Appearance-menus like I do when working with other themes on my other sites. Please advise on how I can get one of my main menu items to open in a new window.
