Checkbox and radio not showing on contact form

Hi,

I have built a booking form using the Contact Form 7 plugin. But for some reason the checkboxes are not showing, just the labels. Does anyone know how this can be solved?

make sure you have used checkbox form tag for the checkbox field. check your form code.
there shoud exist code as like this:
[checkbox* checkbox-731 “Agree with terms and conditions”]

I am not sure what you mean. But I have tried to use the code you sent me but it doesn’t work.

Another thing that is weird is that the checkboxes work on mobile devices…

Can someone please help me?
