Can't upload model releases

Recently I can’t upload photo with model release anymore because after uploading the release the website interface still say n. photos and 0 releases uploaded. And pictures were refused because of model release missing. Please Help!

I’m using Safari on a M2 MacBook Pro

I suggest you submit a support ticket. That way they can look at what is going on behind the scenes.
