Can't update from Kalium 1.9.5.1 to 2.2

Hey, I visited my website today and noticed that some problem reports are displayed (Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /home/…)
So, I thought maybe that’s because I’ve an old version of calium running (1.9.5.1) and wanted to update, but there is no way I could get this done. I watched all youtube videos, etc. but nothing worked and so I’m really, really frustrated right now. I also tried to submit a ticket for support but that didn’t work either… Maybe someone could tell me what’s the easiest way to update this theme before I get crazy. When I go to Dashboard-Design-Theme-Calium, there is no button that shows me to update it. Same with the Envato Market Plugin - It shows me “Themes - update availabe”, but I can’t click it… my head is nearly exploding right now. What can I do?

Hi @Itsjustmedee Updating the theme

hi @AlekseyZhdanov, thanks for your fast reply. i tried to get support but just noticed that i only had 12 months support, which ended in january… now i should pay another 42 dollars for another 6 months… and now my website doesn’t work any more. great.

and thx for the link, but i already tried all of these things, which didn’t work for me. maybe because i have a very old version 1.9.5.1. and the description is for version 2.0 or newer.

Hi @Itsjustmedee

The version has nothing to do with it!

hi @AlekseyZhdanov, thank you! it really worked now, i don’t no why, but it worked!
unfortunately, the warning reports didn’t disappear… did you ever see something like on my website: www.david-schreiber.com - would be great if you could have a short look at it!

This is a bug in php, but what is this error I don’t know.

You have 2 ways.

  1. Renew support to get help from Laborator for 6 months.
  2. Alternatively you may be interested in some help provided by freelancers from Envato Studio

I would choose option 1

As said @baileyherbert

“But here on the forums sadly we can’t do anything else to help.

Thanks,
