Cant see my photos in my Kameron theme in the backend

I have had the theme Kameron for quiet a few years now and I love it!!! But i am having issues with it at the moment - for some reason in the back end in the portfolio section the photos has disappeared, Ive had a web specialist look at it and he cant seem to find it either… the weird thing is that it looks perfect on the front end and the photos are there… but i want to edit and ad more photos to the folio and i cant seem to find them… they used to be right there easy to use and now its gone… PLEASE HELP
