Can't disable Browser Sync in Fuse AngularJS Template.

Hi Guys
I bought Fuse Theme, and tried to develope a new website with angularJS template.
I already made that, and noticed that the server allowed browser sync mode.
So, i tried to disable it but failed…
Please help me
