Basically, can I use a PAGE BASED GRID to do this?

I want to edit just the SERVICES menu element in the main nav bar. I want it to function like the Services menu item works on this site: https://www.vancouverpsychologycentre.com/services/

Note that there are 8 sub menu items that would be configured into a 4 element X 2 element ‘grid’.
The 8 elements don’t need to look like those in vancouverpsychologycentre.com/services/ but I need to be able to edit them for color, font, etc…
Please advise if it’s possible to do this, and how to find help to implement.
