Can I upload template with frontend and backend

Can I upload template with frontend part and backend part. Which have database and all datas get by backend from db and show in frontend.
Frontend - React js redux
Backend - Node js Express js
Db - Mongo Db
Please help me to know

Thanks for articles, but I think I not find my question answer there. Only I want to know I can upload template like that or no. I already have that template nearly 70%.

No you can’t do that but you can make partnership with ui/ux designer HTML, wordpress & other cms version

So only frontend I can upload(React js, html,css)
