Blog View in Stockholm Theme

What setting do I have to choose to get the blog view evenly (as in this example http://demo.select-themes.com/stockholm3/#blog)
Do the images have to be the same size? Which setting do I have to choose to always display the same number of characters. With me, it looks close to herb and turnips.
