Best way to create a wordpress site without it being Live

Hi guys

Im about to setup a wordpress site on my new domain but i dont want it to be accessible by the general public just yet (or google). I dont want to use a local server and then migrate across as i want to avoid any additional issues (im kind a newbie with this stuff)

Are there any solutions that you recommend? Like installing a “Under Construction” plugin or similar.

I sometimes use the Restricted Site Access plugin. It shows the site only to specified IP addresses.

The best way create a Clound Server with ip
install WordPress and a Maintenance Plugin with .htaccess redirect 403 or 503!
