Good day, I’m trying to find the best transportation reservation theme that can be customized. I need the option for customers to input their own pick up/drop off address in specified cities. I also need for a reservation request to be approved only after review from the transportation company. I need an email confirmation of reservation to be emailed to customers. I also need to be able to set pricing and group rate pricing for customers. Please let me know if this is available anywhere. Thank you!

I can tell you that you will not find out of box solution. I have search for my client similar plugin at the end I have build it. It is cost more but you will get exactly what you need.
