barista theme license cannot be re-entered after site crashed and reinstalled

I registered the Barista Theme on my site, then had a catastrophic failure and had to reinstall WordPress. Now the theme appears unregistered, and I cannot register it as the system tells me that it is already registered on another site.

What can I do ?
